We will not have a specific topic for February's meeting. What we will have instead will be an installfest. If you've got a desktop or laptop that you'd like to install GNU/Linux or another *nix distribution onto, bring it in! Distribution gurus will be present to help you get your distribution of choice up and running.
Attention all distribution gurus! If you'd like to help out at the meeting with a particular distribution, please contact us and let us know so we can add you to the list.
GNU/Linux and other *nix distribution CDs will be provided free of charge. We can also burn one for you at the meeting if we don't have a CD made already.

Business Incubator Breaking Ground
The University of Toledo received a total of $4,000,000. The donors include Norman Nitschke and grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration and some State and local money as well.
The grant will go toward a new, 40,000-square-foot building that will consist of laboratories and office space to house a mix of technology startup companies. Construction is expected to be complete in fall 2009.
